Wonton Worth a Ton

Wonton Soup Recipe:

Wonton Recipe:

  • 1 Pack Wonton Wrapper
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • 3 leafs of cabbage
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 green onion
  • 1/4 packet beyond ground beef

Mince your mushrooms, cabbage, green onions. Throw all your ingredients except wonton wrapper into non stick pan, adding in soy sauce 1 minute later. Cook for 5 minutes, or until everything is sauteed. Fill wonton wrappers with filling like this:


Soup Recipe:

  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 minced green onion
  • 3 clove minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some form of starchy pasta water or a bone broth or stock

Warm all ingredients of the soup together until it is boiling. Drop in wontons when soup is boiling for 5 minutes and your done.

You can also pan fry the wontons instead of boiling them in the soup, 4 minutes per side will do.
